Unless otherwise stated, all orders are made to order and will have a turnaround rate which can easily be discussed by messaging me directly. If product is needed for a special occasion and has a timeline needed, arrangements can be made.  All boards can be personalized by color or by adding a family name or saying. If you wish to personalize, please message me. I will try my hardest to get all orders filled in a timely manner, while still ensuring quality is at the forefront. I put much time and effort into my work, so returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Shipping varies on size, weight and distance of the packages, which come through UPS.
