If product is needed for a special occasion and has a timeline needed, arrangements can be made. All boards can be personalized by color or by adding a family name or saying. I put much time and effort into my work, so returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Shipping varies on size, weight and distance of the packages, which come through UPS.
